Why Sponsor Education?

Remove Barriers. Expand Opportunity.

Course sponsorship can help individuals and organizations access education they may otherwise be unable to attend because of program costs, materials, travel, or other barriers.

MAGZ Health Services, Inc. provides community health education and training designed to strengthen knowledge, prevention, caregiving, professional skills, emergency preparedness, and healthier decision-making.

A sponsor may support a specific course, workshop, training session, participant group, community initiative, or educational need. Sponsorship can cover all or part of the approved expenses associated with delivering the program.

The structure of each sponsorship depends on the course, participant population, delivery format, instructor requirements, materials, location, and other program needs.

Putting Sponsorship to Work

What Course Sponsorship May Cover

Eligible expenses vary by program. MAGZ will identify the costs associated with the specific course, training, or educational initiative before finalizing sponsorship arrangements.

01
Participant Registration Fees Full or partial support for approved participant costs.
02
Educational Materials Participant guides, handouts, course materials, and approved resources.
03
Instructor & Facilitation Costs Approved costs related to program delivery and instruction.
04

Sponsorship Is Tailored to the Program.

MAGZ does not use one standard cost for every sponsored course. The sponsorship amount is based on the actual program, number of participants, delivery format, materials, instructor needs, and other eligible expenses.

Sponsors may fund the full program or contribute toward a portion of the costs.

Course materials, textbooks, continuing education credits, certifications, travel, meals, and other items are included only when they are part of the specific sponsored program and sponsorship agreement.

How It Works

From Sponsorship Idea to Educational Opportunity

A sponsored program begins with identifying the education need, the intended audience, and the resources required to deliver the course successfully.

STEP 01

Identify the Program

Tell MAGZ which course, topic, audience, or community need you are interested in supporting.

STEP 02

Determine Program Costs

MAGZ reviews the program requirements and identifies eligible costs for the proposed sponsorship.

STEP 03

Confirm Sponsorship

The sponsor and MAGZ agree on the amount, purpose, program scope, and any appropriate acknowledgment.

STEP 04

Deliver the Education

MAGZ coordinates and delivers the approved program according to the agreed scope and participant needs.

Sponsor Recognition

Acknowledgment That Fits the Sponsorship

MAGZ appreciates organizations and individuals who help make education more accessible. Recognition may be available depending on the size, type, and purpose of the sponsorship.

Recognition is discussed as part of the sponsorship arrangement rather than automatically promised for every contribution.

Recognition May Include

When appropriate and agreed upon, sponsor acknowledgment may include:
