Since 2015, MAGZ Health Services, Inc. has worked to help individuals, families, caregivers, and communities access understandable health information, preventive education, supportive resources, professional training, and meaningful community connections.
Our work extends across chronic disease prevention, healthy aging, Community Health Worker services, caregiver education, dementia education, emergency preparedness, health literacy, resource navigation, wellness initiatives, and community outreach.
Rather than focusing on one health issue, MAGZ uses education, prevention, connection, and community-based support to address a range of needs that influence health and quality of life.

MAGZ Health Services participates as an SMBP Program Champion, supporting increased knowledge and access to self-measured blood pressure information and resources while promoting hypertension prevention and heart health education.
STOP THE BLEED® Educational Licensee
MAGZ Health Services received a STOP THE BLEED® Educational License, supporting the delivery of approved bleeding-control education that helps prepare individuals to respond to life-threatening bleeding emergencies.
Live Beyond Expectations Grant Recipient
MAGZ received support for Community Health Worker services benefiting older adults, adults with disabilities, caregivers, and qualifying multigenerational households.
Supporting Better Blood Pressure Awareness
As a Self-Measured Blood Pressure Program Champion, MAGZ Health Services supports efforts to increase awareness of self-measured blood pressure and encourage individuals to better understand and manage their cardiovascular health.
The initiative helps expand access to SMBP information and resources while encouraging community organizations to address hypertension prevention, heart health disparities, and the importance of maintaining healthy blood pressure throughout life.

2025 Live Beyond Expectations Mini-Grant
MAGZ Health Services received funding through the 2025 Live Beyond Expectations Mini-Grant cycle to provide Community Health Worker services benefiting older adults, adults with disabilities, caregivers, and qualifying multigenerational households. Supported activities included senior wellness education workshops, health navigation and referral support, chronic disease and medication-management materials, community outreach, wellness bag distribution, and program facilitation.
